Hello, I'm Jorge E. Sevilla. An experienced, bilingual, business and U.S. investment and employment visa attorney representing clients throughout the world.  

I specialize in a wide and comprehensive range of investment and employment visas, including the EB-5, E-2, L-1, H-2A, H-1B, and H-2B Visas. With many years of hands-on and practical experience in the field of business & immigration law, I have successfully assisted hundreds of clients in navigating the complexities and numerous challenges of the business & immigration process, ultimately helping them achieve their goal of permanent residency in the United States.

On a more personal note, I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, and together, we find immense joy in being proud parents of three wonderful children.

I was blessed to start my law firm before turning 30.  Being an attorney is my profession but being a husband and father to my three awesome kids is my greatest achievement. Away from work, I am serious about my mental and physical health, being present for my family, and making a significant impact within my community.
