A commitment of funds that is a substantial and more than marginal invested in a U.S. business.  This could be starting a new enterprise or the purchase of an existing business.

It is recommended that an owner or investor from Bangladesh have 51% or more ownership in the U.S. business.

Based on the agreement between the U.S. and Bangladesh, an approved E-2 visa will be issued for a period of three (3) months.

An E-2 visa from Bangladesh will permit two (2) entries into the United States.
